CreatorCore Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of CreatorCore, including the CreatorCore website, platform, admin tools, hosted websites, creator profiles, analytics, and related services.
By creating an account, using CreatorCore, publishing content, claiming a profile, or operating a website through CreatorCore, you agree to these Terms.
1. About CreatorCore
CreatorCore is a website and profile platform for creators, studios, performers, collaborators, and related businesses.
CreatorCore allows users to create and manage public websites, creator profiles, scene pages, links, media, analytics, and related content.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate account information and keep your login details secure.
You are responsible for all activity under your account.
CreatorCore may refuse, suspend, or terminate accounts where required for security, legal compliance, misuse, non-payment, impersonation, or breach of these Terms.
3. User Content
You are responsible for all content you upload, publish, link to, or provide through CreatorCore.
This includes names, images, videos, descriptions, branding, links, creator profiles, scene information, contact details, adult content notices, and other materials.
You confirm that you have all rights, licences, permissions, releases, and consents required to upload, use, publish, and share your content through CreatorCore.
4. Public Content And Search Indexing
Content marked as active, published, visible, or public may be displayed on public webpages and may be indexed by search engines, social platforms, AI crawlers, discovery tools, and other third-party services.
Creator profiles may also be publicly accessible and indexed as part of the broader CreatorCore platform.
You are responsible for making sure public content is suitable for public display and indexing.
5. Creator Profiles
CreatorCore may maintain platform-wide creator profiles to reduce duplicate records, show where creators appear, support discovery, and connect creators with websites, scenes, and other platform features.
Creators may claim, verify, manage, or update their CreatorCore profiles, subject to CreatorCore's identity, moderation, and access processes.
Creators may also create their own CreatorCore websites or pages. This may affect traffic, referrals, search visibility, or commercial opportunities for other websites that feature that creator.
6. Adult Content
If you upload, publish, link to, or promote adult content, you are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, platform rules, and industry obligations.
This includes age verification, consent, model releases, performer identification, copyright permissions, explicit content classification, regional restrictions, takedown requests, advertising compliance, and platform compliance.
Where applicable, you are responsible for maintaining 2257 records and any equivalent performer identification, age verification, consent, or record-keeping materials.
CreatorCore does not verify, store, audit, or maintain your 2257 records, model releases, age verification documents, or performer compliance materials unless expressly agreed in writing.
7. Prohibited Use
You must not use CreatorCore to upload, publish, link to, promote, or distribute content that is unlawful, non-consensual, exploitative, abusive, infringing, deceptive, malicious, or otherwise harmful.
You must not use CreatorCore to impersonate another person, breach privacy rights, bypass security, scrape the platform without permission, interfere with service operation, or use the platform for unlawful activity.
CreatorCore may remove content or suspend access where it reasonably believes these Terms have been breached.
8. Subscriptions, Fees, And Billing
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing and billing terms shown at the time of purchase or agreed in writing.
You authorise CreatorCore or its payment provider to charge applicable subscription fees, taxes, and charges.
If payment fails or is overdue, CreatorCore may suspend or restrict access until outstanding amounts are paid.
9. 90-Day Satisfaction Guarantee
CreatorCore may offer a 90-day no questions asked satisfaction guarantee for eligible paid plans.
If available for your plan, you may request a full refund of eligible subscription fees paid during the first 90 days from your plan start date.
The guarantee applies only to standard subscription fees. It does not apply to custom development, migrations, third-party costs, domain fees, payment processing fees, or other out-of-pocket expenses unless agreed in writing.
10. Ownership
You retain ownership of the content and business data you upload to CreatorCore.
CreatorCore owns the CreatorCore platform, software, code, templates, components, themes, admin tools, infrastructure, system records, platform data structures, routing data, analytics models, and related intellectual property.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use CreatorCore while your account or subscription remains active.
11. Platform Data
CreatorCore may use data submitted through the platform as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, improve, debug, analyse, and support the service.
CreatorCore may use aggregated or de-identified data for analytics, benchmarking, reporting, service improvement, commercial planning, and marketing, provided it does not identify individual users, visitors, customers, or private business data.
12. Privacy
CreatorCore handles personal information in accordance with its Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for ensuring that any personal information you collect through your website or account is collected and handled lawfully, including by providing appropriate notices and obtaining required consents.
13. Data And Content Removal Requests
If you want personal information, a creator profile, or other content relating to you removed from CreatorCore, you may contact us at admin [at] creatorcore [dot] me
We may ask you to verify your identity or your connection to the relevant content before actioning a removal request.
CreatorCore will review removal requests in good faith and respond within a reasonable time.
Where appropriate, CreatorCore may remove, hide, correct, restrict, or update the relevant content or personal information.
Some information may be retained where required or permitted by law, including for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, backup, compliance, or legitimate business purposes.
Removal from CreatorCore does not guarantee removal from search engines, social platforms, AI crawlers, archives, cached pages, screenshots, or other third-party services that may have already indexed or copied public content.
14. Availability And Third-Party Services
CreatorCore will use reasonable efforts to keep the service available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
The platform may rely on third-party services including hosting providers, payment processors, analytics tools, domain providers, email services, and external platforms such as OnlyFans, JustForFans, X, Instagram, or Bluesky.
CreatorCore is not responsible for third-party outages, suspensions, payment issues, policy enforcement, account removals, link changes, or content removals.
15. Termination
You may stop using CreatorCore at any time.
CreatorCore may suspend or terminate access if you breach these Terms, fail to pay fees, create security risk, upload unlawful content, misuse the platform, or where required by law or a third-party provider.
On termination, public websites may be taken offline and admin access may end.
16. Limitation Of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, CreatorCore is not liable for indirect loss, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of opportunity, reputational damage, third-party platform action, search ranking changes, or consequential loss.
CreatorCore's total liability is limited to the fees paid by you to CreatorCore in the previous 3 months, unless the law does not allow that limitation.
17. Changes To These Terms
CreatorCore may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are material, CreatorCore will take reasonable steps to notify users. Continued use of CreatorCore after updated Terms take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of [New South Wales / Victoria / your state], Australia.
