Platform Statement
CreatorCore provides website technology, hosting, design, infrastructure, and related technical services for tenant websites, creators, studios, performers, collaborators, and related businesses.
Many websites available through CreatorCore are operated by independent tenant site owners, producers, studios, creators, or other publishers who control the content, profiles, scene pages, promotional material, thumbnails, embedded media, linked media, and related information on their own sites.
Refer To The Relevant Tenant Site First
If you have a question or notice about 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, 28 CFR Part 75, performer age, identity verification, consent, records, or custodian details for content on a specific CreatorCore-powered tenant website, please refer to that tenant website's own 2257 Compliance Statement first.
Tenant 2257 statements usually identify the site owner or producer, website URL, designated Custodian of Records, physical records address, compliance email, and any other details required by applicable law.
Tenant And Producer Responsibility
For content that may be subject to 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, and/or 28 CFR Part 75, the relevant records are maintained by the applicable tenant site owner, producer, primary producer, secondary producer, studio, platform, creator, submitter, or other responsible records custodian.
CreatorCore does not produce, direct, film, create, verify, store, audit, or maintain 2257 records, age verification documents, performer identification records, model releases, or consent records for tenant content unless expressly agreed in writing.
Third-Party And Exempt Content
Some visual content, promotional material, thumbnails, embedded media, linked media, or creator-submitted material displayed on tenant websites may have been produced by third-party producers, studios, platforms, creators, or collaborators. For that content, the relevant records may be maintained by the original producer, primary producer, secondary producer, studio, platform, or other responsible records custodian.
Visual depictions that do not contain actual sexually explicit conduct, or that are otherwise not subject to 18 U.S.C. § 2257, 18 U.S.C. § 2257A, or 28 CFR Part 75, may not be covered by those record-keeping requirements. This may include non-explicit images, text, logos, graphics, illustrations, censored previews, editorial content, public profile information, social media links, banners, interface elements, and other non-covered material.
CreatorCore As Final Fallback
If you cannot identify the relevant tenant contact, if the tenant site does not respond, or if you need CreatorCore to help route or resolve a 2257, age verification, performer identity, consent, or records concern, you may contact CreatorCore at admin [at] creatorcore [dot] me.
Please include the URL of the relevant content, the name of the tenant site if known, the nature of your concern, and enough information for CreatorCore to review or route the request.
